well, with Daisy Kutter and Scott Pilgrim already up there, what could I add?
I just read The Magical LIfe of Long Tack Sam, and liked it a lot, a kind of hybrid history-memoir-GN-photo album thing. Lots on the Asian American immigrant experience, too, would be an intersting pair with American Born Chinese...

I've been devouring the first two volumes of Pluto from Viz. It's a darker, more adult retelling of Osamu Tezuka's Astro Boy story "The Strongest Robot on Earth" and it's amaaaazing whether you're familiar with the storyline or not.
